Internal Marketing Plan
Lead the annual Marketing Plan, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager within the long term Business Plan, liaise with Global Headquarters / Regional offices to identify appropriate product innovations, local supply chain to ensure that internal processes are properly managed and Commercial Units (CUs) are fully briefed and resourced to deliver appropriate Customer Marketing Plan.
Marketing & Communications Strategy
Detailed consumer understanding based on U&A and various focus group studies. Understand category, core NIVEA and competition consumers to craft the best in class communication.
Lead, in coordination Marketing Manager, international BDF communications agencies to ensure the best-in-class adaptation/creation of marketing and communication campaigns suited to the different local markets. Apply and further build digital capabilities to leverage consumer journeys and deliver brand KPIs.
Digital Content Production
Anchor and oversee digital and social marketing initiatives , in collaboration with CX team , to develop online platforms and build strong community
Solid experience in managing social media influencers ( Independents and/or agency represented )
